Carpe Diem 2026 — When Young Stories Stepped Into the Sun

JNR Campus | Shaanthi Schools

A hush fell, then a thousand hearts stirred. Carpe Diem 2026 arrived like a gentle dawn—“where quills still dream and books remember”—and Shaanthians walked in ready to let their words be seen. From the ceremonial glow of the lamp to the final echoes of gratitude, the morning flowed with purpose, poetry, and playful courage.

Songs in Tamil and Hindi, a soaring Carpe Diem Anthem, and the rhythmic soul of Villupaattu set the tone. Young thinkers took the floor through Role Play, Pattimandram, Rhapsody in Verse, Skit, and the fearless Shaanthi TED, while a Chief Guest Q&A turned curiosity into conversation. The Tamil Pattimandram, guided with brilliance by Dr. Sivasatish, became a highlight as he applauded the Shaanthians’ clarity, confidence, and commanding oratory, celebrating their voices with heartfelt praise.

Beyond the spotlight, a Book Fair on campus beckoned with fresh worlds to explore. Children and parents wandered through shelves of possibility, gathering stories and smiles in equal measure. Reading wasn’t an assignment—it was an adventure.

How this shapes Shaanthians: Carpe Diem grows voice through stagecraft, empathy through stories, clarity through debate, and confidence through being heard. It teaches children to think aloud, listen deeply, and imagine widely—skills that outlive applause.

The curtains closed, but the courage stayed.
A festival ended; a lifetime of stories began.
