On 13 October 2026, at Nallattipalayam, Pollachi, the Interact Club of Shaanthi School – ICSE & ISC, Jothinagar, and Shaanthi School – ICSE, Periyakottai, turned a simple act of planting into a promise to the planet.
Under the inspiring theme “Plant Today, Protect Tomorrow,” our young Interactors planted saplings, strengthened their bond with nature and discovered how the smallest hands can make a lasting difference.
The programme was graced by Mrs. Shantha Kumari, Secretary MaM; Mr. Balaji Arun Kumar, Correspondent Sir; and Mrs. Sucharitha R, Madam Director, Shaanthi Schools, whose presence reinforced the importance of environmental responsibility and student-led community service.
For the Shaanthi Interact Club, this was more than planting trees—it was about cultivating leadership, nurturing environmental consciousness and inspiring young citizens to protect the world they will inherit.
One sapling. Countless possibilities. A greener tomorrow begins today.
