On 28 September 2026, the Shaanthians of Classes S8A and S8B embarked on a fascinating journey through history with an educational visit to Palakkad Fort as part of their Social Studies curriculum.
The majestic stone walls, ancient pathways and defensive architecture offered students a glimpse into the eighteenth century and the fort’s historical association with Hyder Ali and Tipu Sultan.
Beyond textbooks, this experience brought history to life, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking and an appreciation for our cultural heritage.
