When the walls of our multipurpose hall at Shaanthi, Periyakottai, Udumalpet, echoed with
the thunderous words of Swami Vivekananda and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., it wasn’t history
repeating itself — it was our young Shaanthians breathing life into greatness!
As part of our Cultural Weekanza, 45 vibrant voices from S6 to S10 took the stage for Blast
Out Declamation — not just to speak, but to inspire. Armed with iconic speeches they had
practiced for days, our budding orators transformed classic words into living sparks of
courage, equality, and hope.
Students from S6 to S8 stirred the audience with Swami Vivekananda’s legendary Chicago
address, reminding everyone that fearlessness and unity never grow old. Meanwhile, our
seniors from S9 and S10 gave new power to Dr. King’s dream, proving that strong words still
move hearts.
Guided by our esteemed judges, Dr. Shri Vaishnavi and Mrs. Suganya, every participant rose
to the moment — fluent, expressive, confident. The stage turned into a launchpad for their
powerful presence, where each pause and every phrase carried purpose.
At Shaanthi, we believe true learning happens when young minds dare to voice timeless
truths. The Blast Out Declamation did just that.
