The S2 students of Shaanthi International Play School, Mahalingapuram, embarked on a delightful Social Studies field trip to Mahalingapuram and Vadugupalayam, where learning came alive beyond textbooks. Visiting both a joint family and a nuclear family, they discovered the values of love, respect, cooperation, and belonging. At a textile shop, they explored the fascinating world of natural and synthetic fibres, understanding how everyday clothing begins its journey.
Through this joyful experience, students transformed curiosity into knowledge, strengthened their observation and critical thinking skills, and embraced the true spirit of experiential learning—building the confidence, empathy, and life skills that shape future-ready learners.
