White Colour Day across Shaanthi Campuses
On 29 January 2026, Shaanthians arrived wrapped in gentle white, turning our grounds into a calm, glowing dreamscape. Across Shaanthi International Play School – Mahalingapuram, Shaanthi Montessori – Udumalpet, and Shaanthi ICSE – Jothinagar, little learners stepped into snowy storylands where peace felt visible and play felt pure.
At Mahalingapuram, cottony clouds and pearl balloons framed a hands-on morning—children shaped spongy white teddy bears, slipped into sheep masks, and later wore rabbit ears to search for carrots outdoors, building observation and motor skills through joyful movement
At Udumalpet, winter wonders bloomed: snowmen, flamingos, teeth, and cloud models, an igloo set, a powder-sprinkling sensory activity, and the surprise visit of a dancing snowman, followed by themed return gifts that sealed the smiles
At Jothinagar, a snow-themed classroom with igloo, penguin, polar bear, and glittering flakes welcomed children who stepped inside for photos, paired white shapes, scribbled freely, and proudly showed white teddies, rabbits, woolly caps, and alpaca toys, ending with a white carry cup and spaceman eraser as a sweet keepsake
More than a colour, white became a language of gentleness—teaching Shaanthians how to notice, match, touch, imagine, and move with care. These moments stitched focus, coordination, empathy, and quiet confidence into their growing hearts.
The day faded softly, yet its glow stayed—
a reminder that learning can be as tender as snow.
