At Shaanthi School ICSE, Periyakottai, learning extends beyond classrooms. As part of their Social Studies (History) curriculum, the students of S6A and S6B visited the Government Museum Coimbatore on 22nd June 2026 for an enriching educational field trip.
The visit offered hands-on exposure to ancient sculptures, archaeological artifacts, fossils, coins, inscriptions, minerals, and preserved wildlife specimens, helping students connect textbook concepts with real-world history and science.
This experiential journey enhanced their critical thinking, observation skills, historical awareness, scientific curiosity, and cultural understanding—core pillars of an ICSE education. More than a trip, it was a meaningful step in shaping informed, curious, and knowledge-driven Shaanthians.
