The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education, commonly known as the ICSE board, has been designed as a course of general education for Grades 3-10. The ICSE schools in India require all students to opt for six subjects and SUPW (Socially Useful Productive Work). The ICSE Board Examination is a public board examination for students who have completed class 10, followed by ISC Examination for those completing class 12, both administered by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi.
