On 29 October 2026, S8A and S8B students of Shaanthi School ICSE, JNR, visited the Tamil Nadu Police Museum, Coimbatore, as part of their History lesson, The Great Uprising of 1857.
Through historical photographs, police uniforms, equipment and artefacts, students explored the evolution of policing in India, its development during British rule, and the vital role of the police in protecting society.
Such visits transform classroom learning into meaningful discovery. They nurture curiosity, sharpen observation and help our champions connect the past with the present.
