The S4 students of Shaanthi ICSE School, Periyakottai stepped beyond the classroom on an enriching field visit to Thandeshwarar Temple, Kozhumam, exploring the remarkable inscriptions belonging to the Chola period. As they observed the inscriptions engraved on the stone walls, identified words and recorded their findings, history transformed from something they read into something they could experience and interpret.
