At Shaanthi Kindergarten, celebrating a new year of life is a beautiful mix of tradition and
happiness. Each month, we celebrate the birthdays of our little Shaanthian Stars born in the
previous month.
The celebration starts with a sacred pooja, a quiet prayer for good wishes. Then, everyone
feels happy as the birthday children take part in the sweet tradition of cake-cutting, their
laughter adding to the joy. This is followed by a heartfelt promise from our young ones to
grow with kindness, deep gratitude, and strong respect.
To remember this special day, each child receives a beautifully put-together memory book.
But the most moving part is when our Shaanthians, showing deep respect, gently touch the
feet of all parents present, asking for their blessings. This special moment not only teaches
important values but also makes every child feel truly loved and special.
